Palmia Houses located in Istanbul Silivri region consists of 4 blocks and 60 apartments located on an area of 8.500 m2.

The project includes 48 normal apartments ranging in size between 150 and 170 m2 and 12 roof duplexes ranging in size between 210 and 230 m2.

Each apartment is allocated an indoor parking space for 1 car and there is a total indoor parking area of 2.500 m2.

There is a 90-ton water tank to meet the water needs of the site and a full generator covering the inside of the apartments for power outage.

In the project, there is a basketball and mini football field, ornamental pool, wooden children's playground and camellia in the social facilities allocated in 3 acres.

The site is monitored by 24-hour security cameras.
