Birleşim Group Companies takes all kinds of technical and legal measures in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") in the processing of your personal data in relation to its activities.
In the following clarification text, data subjects can find detailed information on the processing of their personal data, transfer of their personal data to third parties, the legal reasons for collecting personal data, and their rights in the KVKK.
This text, in which we inform you of your rights within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data and explain our purposes and means of processing your personal data, is presented to you by the Birlesim Group Companies, whose titles are stated below, in the capacity of Data Controller:
Data Controller and Data Representative:
In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Birleşim Group Companies as a data controller within the scope described below. Birleşim Group Companies take all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent your personal data from being processed unlawfully, to prevent unlawful access, and to ensure its preservation. The target audience of this text is both the visitors physically visiting the Birleşim Group Companies and the visitors visiting this website. In this sense, each company has the title of Data Controller in terms of the data it processes.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:
Personal data of our website visitors; Carrying out necessary studies, including, but not limited to, determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Companies, carrying out marketing activities, carrying out business development and planning activities, in order to benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by Birleşim Group Companies; In order to provide business partner, cooperation, customer or supplier relations, it will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Personal data of our visitors, who visit the campuses of Birlesim Group Companies, is processed for the purposes of keeping the entrance and exit to the company headquarters under control and preventing unauthorized entry and exit; Ensuring the physical space security of the Company; Ensuring the delivery of the visitor entry card to you; Keeping the record of the visitor entry and exit times; Planning and execution of the emergency management processes (terrorism, fire, etc.) and notifying the law enforcement in cases of crime or illegality.
Transferring of Your Personal Data:
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to grant the necessary permissions for you to use the website and to provide the necessary technical infrastructure.
In addition, the data of our physical visitors may be transferred to our group companies and legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the purposes stated in the previous title, especially the establishment of physical security on company campuses.
Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reasons of Data Collection:
Your personal data will be gathered by electronic, physical, verbal, or written media, through your internet access in the company building, over your identity document, through your plate information, orally or through closed circuit cameras located on our campus. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical media.
Your personal data collected for legal reasons specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text can also be processed and can be transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b), (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. Birleşim Group Companies take all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to ensure the security of your personal data, prevent unlawful processing, prevent unlawful access and ensure its preservation.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK:
Real persons whose personal data are processed by Birleşim Group Company have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:
If you forward your requests regarding these rights to the Bir Dağıtım Group Companies, they will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. The result of your request will be notified to you in writing or electronically.
Your application must include your name, surname, hand-written signature (for written applications), TR ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality for foreigners, passport number or ID number (if any), place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone and fax number (if any), subject of request, and information and documentation related to the subject.
